What happens to what you write

Without an account

Your journal — reflections, whole-life profile and check-ins — is stored in this browser only. It is not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

With an account

Your journal is also stored in our database so it survives a lost device. Only you can read it: access is enforced per user at the database level. We store your email address to identify your account.

The AI guide

The messages you choose to send are transmitted to a third-party AI model provider through the Lovable AI Gateway to generate a reply. We do not use your reflections to train models, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

Your control

You can export everything as a JSON file, and delete your cloud copy and your account, from the Account page at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
